"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Our favourite hotel in Manchester! This was the 4th time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we visit Manchester. Absolutely love the continental breakfast, the bar is well stocked and it's so relaxing to sit with a drink in the bar area, the staff are always friendly, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay, the beds are super comfy!"

"Lovely hotel and very clean but the info isn’t very accurate on Expedia site. It said there would be a minibar in the room as well as robes which it didn’t have. It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. "Open to bedroom Bathroom not my thing, but it is becoming the norm, not everyone want’s to show their friends their bits through the shower window - shower was great, bit sink was absolutely useless, so a door could have been put on and sone previousness would have made the stay much more (PS, Note to cleaners, wooden floors need more than a brush/hoover - they need to be mopped too 😱👍🙄 "

"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet. "Glass cutting board was very unpleasant to use and no designated place in the bathroom to hang towels but everything else was very orderly and when we had a clog in our shower, utility services helped us out very quickly and cleanly."
