"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"

"It is a great hotel to stay at before you fly out of Boston. If you are flying out of Terminal A (Delta), you can walk to the terminal via the connector bridge. Very convenient. The price was not that outrageous, even during the marathon week. There is no complaint, but there is nothing extraordinarily praiseworthy to write on a review either. Everything you would expect from a hotel in this class."

"Calling from the airport for the shuttle was problematic. Operator was rude and not helpful. I didn’t know that Logan had 3 terminals. She kept asking me what terminal. Finally, I said give me a hint and she said ABC. Great! Terminal B."

"Good: Hot shower, free shuttle to and from Logan airport, bed, temperature controls in room Bad: NO WiFi, only Bonvoy wifi, which I was unable to subscribe to. The terminals in the lobby to print boarding passes DID NOT WORK I was unable to early check in."

"Airport shuttle came right away"

"The restaurant was excellent. The experience with the hotel not so great. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 45 pm. It is a steep walk up 6 or so stairs to get into the hotel, which was difficult for me to get my suitcase up. No one was there. I had to sit around and wait for staff to show up which was 3:30 or so. There are no other businesses around. It is 1 and a half stories up to the first floor of rooms with several stairs. Lucky for me, the gentleman that checked me in carried the suitcase up...

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Faneuil Hall. We stayed here mainly because of the location, as my son was attending an accepted candidates event hosted by United States Military Academy. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation — valet parking is required, and retrieving your vehicle can take about 30 minutes, especially during busy check-in and checkout times. There is a nearby public...

"I did not care for the parking situation at the property, I did not like the fact that a property so far away from anything had no restaurant or gift shop, and that the things they did sell were very few and scarce if you wanted to access your car you have to literally feel obligated to tip of LA attendant. Their drop off and pick up area was very small and inconvenient also."
