"THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. "We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great. Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol. I will stay again, no problems."

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. "Alti standard di pulizia. Ottima colazione con opzioni per tutti i gusti e sala curata nel minimo dettaglio. Posizione eccellente. Camera vista mare ventilata e luminosa. Molto apprezzato la zona lavanderia e stireria in autoservizio direttamente presso l'hotel."

"We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...
