"We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins."

"This was my third stay at Cesar Lanzarote in three years, and this stay, likes the others, did not disappoint. The hotel is in such a lovely quite setting, and all of the guests have plenty of space to do what they would like to do, despite the hotel itself not having that may rooms. All of the staff are charming, and it is so nice that some of them remembered me from last year, including the general manager, who was so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back."

Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . "Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. Snack bar: lovely pizza! Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used a freezer ice pack and that worked to keep me cool). Bed mattress very firm. You need to ask for extra pillows. Kitchen: perfect size with breakfast bar. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with top compartment freezer. I don't remember a jug or veg peeler and could have done with a chopping board. No oven so can't do pizzas. Bathroom: storage unit very helpful. A few hooks around the walls would have been useful. Super shower. Always had plenty of towels. Bedroom: big wardrobe with hangers. Large shelf great for accessories. Air con worked well. Other: the sink u bend broke, just one of those things but it was fixed within 15 minutes of me ringing reception and then getting a maintenance guy out, and he mopped up. Couldn't fault that at all. Beach: we were in block 2 and were exceptionally close to the beach. This was almost deserted, very flat. No sunbeds to hire in the close vicinity but loads of space for games. Overall: I would return. Staff were very helpful."

"Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro. However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel."
