"A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. "Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"First visit to this Hotel. You were made to feel welcome from the minute that you arrived. Room was spacious with a beautiful sea view . We opted for half board. There was a good selection of high quality foods which varied from night to night. Plenty of sun beds with towels provided. Lovely friendly staff. Looking forward to returning. "

"Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. "Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back. "Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay. "
