"Cozy room, just what we needed. Crisp AC, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Wonderful place to sleep for a weekend visit!"

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"The carpeting in the hotel was very old and pretty gross. The bathroom sink in our room was plugged and took hours to drain. The hotel was advertised as having a Noon Check-out policy. When we arrived, we were told the check-out time was one hour earlier. Would not stay there again."

"The only way we could enter our room was by being escorted by staff because the keycard system was down, the shower wouldn’t stop overflowing and the gym had no air conditioning. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the staff wasn’t too helpful. Won’t be returning!"

"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"This was a terrible experience...I expected a Wyndam experience to be better than what I experienced. Dissatisfaction listed below 1. The room had a smell that was not pleasant. 2. The microwave did not work. 3. One bed was made with wet sheets 4. The bathroom had a huge puddle on the floor from an unknowm source. 5. I put a money deposit of $30 cash as required and was told no problem in returning my monies as I was leaving at 5am. When I arrived at 5 am to get mey deposit back, the...
