"I arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours for them to say they didn’t accept my debit card, so I asked if I could use my credit card and was still turned away. The lady points out a sign that says affective August first with NO YEAR, I said August of what year and she says 2025. I said oh because it doesn’t have a year on it. Then I contacted Expedia and I still couldn’t get accommodations so I spent the night in my vehicle until the morning 👎"

"This property was not worth the money paid..room smelled like body odor, had to asknfor a shower curtain, piad for parking but had to walk althe way around the hotel to get in..the bed was uncomfortable, no blanket and they charged you if you wanted extra... Overall very uncomfortable. The staff was very nice , coffee was good But i acnt believe i paid $200 for the night. Served its purpose but Wow! Never again....and i feel i deserve a refund Very disappointing 😞 "

"Every Staff member was very nice and attentive. A special thanks to Ocean who was in charge of breakfast. She is so sweet kind and attentive to everyone. Love how she kept the stations spotless cleaning and refilling items as we ate and watch her back and forth with a good morning greeting to everyone. On our last day she even offer to wrap my piece of cake after I just placed it in a napkin. She said you don't want crumbs all over yourself! One kid missed the waffle station after waiting for a...
