"Every Staff member was very nice and attentive. A special thanks to Ocean who was in charge of breakfast. She is so sweet kind and attentive to everyone. Love how she kept the stations spotless cleaning and refilling items as we ate and watch her back and forth with a good morning greeting to everyone. On our last day she even offer to wrap my piece of cake after I just placed it in a napkin. She said you don't want crumbs all over yourself! One kid missed the waffle station after waiting for a while and it was just about 10am closing time she said sorry the machine was empty but she went and made him a waffle! I overheard the dad saying she was so nice that's why I figured we could ask her! He didn't want his son to miss out..and Ocean made it happen. The son was very appreciative! Ocean is definitely in the right job. SHE knows how make people comfortable and zips around fast doing so.😊"

"The staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were dirty! We checked into our room and the found the toilet full of feces, used soap in the shower and the bed sheets a mess. They staff was incredibly nice and gave us a new room that much better with the dirty gloves on the bedside table. There were piles of boxes and trash on each floor near the elevator. We won’t be returning. "

"The hotel was alright for a quick stay. They were definitely understaffed, typically one or two people in the lobby regardless of how many people were checking in or eating breakfast. The breakfast was not great. The food did not look appetizing (I realize it’s a hotel breakfast, but it was honestly worse than others I’ve had)."

"All staff members were respectful, courteous, and kind. The hotel is clean. However, upgrades/renovations are badly needed. The room was very spacious, but the tiny bathroom didn't even have space to hang towels. It is super small with thick paint (walls painted over and over) peeling off. There was barely room to turn around in the bathroom. I recommend renovating and using some of the useless space in the room for bathroom space. And also, not having a night club attached to the hotel. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate all guests. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the attendant was courteous. The bed was really comfortable! Overall, not a bad stay. I do not care to stay again unless the night club is gone and renovations have been completed."

"I arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours for them to say they didn’t accept my debit card, so I asked if I could use my credit card and was still turned away. The lady points out a sign that says affective August first with NO YEAR, I said August of what year and she says 2025. I said oh because it doesn’t have a year on it. Then I contacted Expedia and I still couldn’t get accommodations so I spent the night in my vehicle until the morning 👎"

"The front desk staff we're great to deal with. They were professional and friendly and I was able to joke around with them and they return the favor. We only had one dinner in the restaurant and the food was very very good as was the service. I can't comment on breakfast since I didn't partake of that option. We found the room to be both spacious and clean."
