"Nice"

"2 towels for 4 night stay No cleaning No toiletries Way too soft beds No chair Bathrooms need complete overhaul. Old cracked toilet with oversized seat. Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete."

"The location was convenient, stores all around. The Front desk person was not at the Front desk most of the times. You would have to call using a phone and then he would come to the front."

"Once we found it it was fine. Two different GPS methods took us in wrong directions and we had to ask 4 different people for directions to the hotel on a rainy night! Nice hotel otherwise."

When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. "This hotel was an absolute dump. I only booked it because the location I reserved for my parents years ago in another state was wonderful. This location was run down and horribly maintained. The only highlight was the staff, who cheerfully cared for us and made the visit slightly tolerable. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again, though!"
