"Brilliant hotel and staff friendly. Excellent leisure facilities with a warm swimming pool, and both breakfast and food in the evening were fab."

"Lovely and clean and tidy with comfy bed. Friendly staff"

"I was in the UK to attend a funeral up north. Stayed in 3 different locations. Novotel was the only establishment that did not include breakfast."

"Gorgeous, beautiful, super clean, and great service. The hotel itself has a great location. The staff is great. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back when in town."

"The hotel was located next to the underground and lots of places to eat. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great breakfast"

"Super"

"This is my go to hotel for my stays in London and I've stayed here several times. The breakfasts are wonderful and set you up for a days sightseeing. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be returning for my next holiday."

"布団に最初から少し埃かぶっている感じがしたが、結局は気にならないかった。 入り口付近のポッドは開閉の音が少しうるさいかもしれない。 しかし、夜中に騒ぐ人達もおらず、マナーを守る人が多いので夜中まで寝れないと言うことはあまりないかもしれない。"

"The cleaners were excellent, hotel was well situated. We had a room with a tower view which was good even if it was on the first floor with a roof to look over, possibly the restaurant roof. We did not have breakfast there but were able to make oatmeal and have fruit in our room with use of in room facilities. There is a Tesco store nearby that has so much useful items and food, great helpful staff there. Called maintenance about a phone that kept flashing, they never came so just unplugged...

"Excellent location next to a lot of transportation (tube, buses), shops, grocery, Hyde Park. Room had a nice bright view. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. The really nice surprise was the English breakfast included our daily fee - started the day off to a good start. Aquila swimming pool is nicely designed and along with fitness available for 15 pounds. I would come back here again."

"Everything about the hotel was great, and the location was very convenient. However, it would be much better if luggage storage before check-in and after check-out were provided free of charge. Even budget hotels offer complimentary luggage storage, so I was quite surprised that this hotel charges £2.50 per bag. I hope the hotel will reconsider this policy to provide a better experience for guests."

"Stairs were very steep but staff helped with suitcases"

"Very nice and helpful staff"
