"Our experience here was a little disgusting. We discovered, the next morning, that what we had slept on was a mattress cover that had multiple nasty stains on it without a fitted bed sheet over it. We did not realize this the night before because it was late when we turned in. It was completely unnerving to know we had just slept on top, who knows what! I showed the front desk pictures and he immediately took care of it himself, as he said that is nasty. He was super helpful, a true servant, and apologetic. In addition to that, this room had a musty smell, didn’t have wash cloths, there was a missing light bulb in a lamp, there were stain splashed on the wall by a trash can, and the drain plug to the tub was broken. We are not ones to complain, but the bed sanitation was just unacceptable. Again, the front desk was very professional and took it upon himself to correct the bed problem, rather than calling on housekeeping to fix it."
