Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. "Guest room was in need of upgrade. Sheets were rough, as were the towels. Poor water pressure. Dirty washcloth left from previous guest or cleaner. Restaurant was ok. Waitstaff great. Need more hotel information in the room. At least telling you how to get Restaurant info, possibly menu."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Property was well maintained and had everthging we needed---pool, gym, in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner with decent food and bar. About 10 minutes to Sutter Park, for ball games. About 5 min to Cal Expo Center. About 10 to downtown Sacramento and about 15 minutes to "Old Town Sacramento"---super fine and nostalgic of cowboy days. Would stay again =)"
