"No one cleaned the rooms; furthermore, they smell—and certainly not of cleanliness. It is a very stale odor; the smell even lingers in the elevator. Behind the nightstand (you don't even have to move it—everything is clearly visible), everything is covered in grime and clumps of dust. Hyatt's quality has really gone downhill."

"Though this property was immediately off the freeway it was peaceful. Upon checking in, the clerk chose a room on the end of the property farthest away from the freeway. That was very much appreciated. Expected yet appreciated were the clean linens and towels, room in general. Availability of the breakfast/brunch was nice. Proximity to other meal options is great too. All staff encountered were great. Friendly and helpful."

"The overall experience was not good. The property was run down and not a great area. The refrigerator was loud and never stopped running. There was dry paint on the bathroom floor that looked like a 5 year old painted it. The beds were clean."
