Only problem was finding the site, it could do with a more prominent sign at the entrance to the site.

interesting venue
Very pleasant , intresting journey to the Orangry through a pig farm. Dont trust your satnav. Very comfortable bed ideal venue for families maybe not so good for single men. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Friendly Pepe, was really surprised at the size of the place and the kitchen, shared sitti g room areas. No complaints

Thank you for attains us with the highest marks. Very much appreciated and is always good to be recognised. We are in our sixth year as a B&B and still enjoying it. We are as you saw a great location for the coast or the City of Norwich. Also being far from the madding crowd makes us more popular as peace & tranquility is hard to find. The Orangery
enjoyed staying here but there was a problem with the water supply and toilet flush was intermittent also no wifi connection

Hello Theresa, If only you had of informed us of the toilet not flushing properly and Internet issues. We can only deal with issues if they are brought to our attention during your stay. The internet is very good and since we put the current system in August 2018 we have had zero issues, I would check your devices! Changed room without informing us, nobody to meet / answer phone when arrived. Owner offered us breakfast to make up and endeavoured to make amends. Still felt disappointed with service overall

I Richard knew from our first conversation that I was on a hiding to nothing so tried to please you, clearly I failed but hey ho I still have a sense of humour. we love guests that enjoy the finer things in life and the offering we have. With around 2,000 people staying with us each year I guess you will get a few odd ones...law of average! We both happened to be out at your time of arrival, wires got crossed and you have punished us, hope you feel like you have won. For luxury in tranquil surrounding then give us a look. Cancelled at last minute
The evening before we were due to depart we received a text message from the owner saying that a problem had occurred and they couldn't honour our booking. We had to call them to find out what was going on, which was difficult as we were travelling and only noticed the text by chance. They didn't seem to be bothered that our holiday was in ruins and casually suggested that he could try and find an alternative place but it wouldn't be until the morning, after we were meant to be on our way there! We managed to eventually find somewhere else ourselves but didn't hear anything more from The Orangery. We've never known poor service like this, zero customer care!

Great weekend
We were attending a wedding close bye. The owners were very helpful and made our stay special. As a few guest were attending the evening reception 3miles away, so the owner drove us there and back so we could enjoy a drink Lovely place, nice breakfast

Stayed 1 night. Very clean and friendly. Nice area in the orangery for relaxing and good kitchen facilities.
