"We were excited on this place having an indoor pool. But we were immediately frowned at the hot tub being unavailable, though the staff said the pool was heated, it was still too cold to stay in. The room service menu prices was not up-to-date, go with the prices they have online at "Your Mother's Italian Kitchen", we did order for pick up at that restaurant and it was really good, highly recommend. "Where do I start, our bed linens were stained. Carpets all over the hotel was dirty and paint was chipped of doors and walls. Our shower tub was clogged, and the tub felt so unstable and creaky every move made a loud noise. It almost felt as though the floor was going to give out below me. The pillows were not firm at all, it felt like a bunch of cotton balls inside a pillow case. There were blood stains on the ironing board. I will never stay here again."
