"Pet room. Floor was filthy. We had to clean it and all towels came out dark gray to black. Curtains are old with holes, chairs in room were stained, outside door and chairs were dirty. Hot tub was clean but not hot, Luke warm at best. Swimming pool was clean. Small continental breakfast of pre wrapped muffins and fruit. "

"Great staff at the cafe and steakhouse. Room was acceptable but cleaning staff missed a few of the last occupant’s dirty items in the bathroom and I find clumps of hair on the floor near the mini fridge"

"We were excited on this place having an indoor pool. But we were immediately frowned at the hot tub being unavailable, though the staff said the pool was heated, it was still too cold to stay in. The room service menu prices was not up-to-date, go with the prices they have online at "Your Mother's Italian Kitchen", we did order for pick up at that restaurant and it was really good, highly recommend. As far as our stay, we stay in room 211, which was nice and clean. Covers were a bit on the itchy side, but the feel of the bed was so comfortable! The air conditioning was working well, but it was rattling a little which wasn't too bad. We go to boulder city to get out of the big cityof Las Vegas for a weekend to wind down and we did enjoy this stay. "
