"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. "This was our first trip to Bali. We loved the property, the space and our private pool. The staff here are always smiling and incredibly kind. It was so nice and quiet yet close enough to beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back! "

"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. "This was truly a wonderful place. The staff was very humble and always accomodated to our needs. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. Our rooms were always clean and i would definitely come back again."
