La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dumas
10/10 Excellent
"Nice accommodations"

Days Inn by Wyndham Dalhart
8/10 Good
"Best towels I have felt in a long time. Look this is a pretty small city. They are doing renovations to improve their business. I had my fan with me. Didn't hear any trucks or trains. Slept so good after that long ride."

Best Western Kokopelli Lodge
8/10 Good
"Clean room and nice staff. The shower control was difficult & not working properly. But a good place to stay in Clayton NM"

Quality Inn Dumas
10/10 Excellent
"This property was extremely clean. It was very quiet inspite of heavy truck traffic. The staff members were very friendly and attentive. I really liked the breakfast."

Quality Inn & Suites Clayton, NM
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful experience at the Quality Inn & Suites in Clayton! The check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how convenient the hotel is to access, located right off the main highway with plenty of free public parking available. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was very good with a great variety of options to start the day right. Some of the items I enjoyed included biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, and hot coffee. Finally, this is a fantastic pet-friendly option! They welcome both dogs and cats, and there is a very nice, grassy relief area on the property for them to use.Overall, this hotel offers great comfort and convenience. I will definitely stay here again!"

Best Western Nursanickel Hotel
6/10 Okay
"The Best Western Nursanickel is a decent, clean hotel that serves as a convenient stopover, but there are a few significant drawbacks to keep in mind.Noise Issues: The hotel’s proximity to the main road makes it super loud at night due to traffic. Additionally, there are train tracks right across from the property. I was awakened at 3:00 AM by a train blowing its horn as it passed through town, which seems to be a recurring issue for many guests.Pet Facilities: On a positive note, this is a great choice if you are traveling with animals. It is very pet-friendly and features a super nice, grassy lawn area specifically for pets to walk and play.Service and Breakfast: The staff members were friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, the complimentary hot breakfast was disappointing; the food seemed to be reheated rather than fresh.Overall, while the cleanliness and pet amenities are highlights, the extreme noise levels from the road and trains made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep."

Econo Lodge Dalhart Hwy 54 - Hwy 287

Super 8 by Wyndham Clayton

"Staff was friendly. Room was clean, however the hair dryer did not work and the tub surround needs attention. Not up to par for the price."
