"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property.
First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. There were also no towels available for bathing, and no face cloths were provided anywhere in the room.
Furthermore, breakfast was advertised for both days of our stay; however, no breakfast was available at all. This was extremely misleading and inconvenient.
I was also dissatisfied with the professionalism of the front desk staff. During the entire check-in process, employees were engaged in loud personal conversations instead of focusing on guests and providing proper customer service.
The only positive aspect of the stay was that the property appeared to be secure.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and as a result, I do not intend to stay at your establishment again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from having a similar experience"
