"When I checked in, I found that my reservation for three nights had been changed. My final night's reservation had been dropped. The desk clerk found another room for the third night, but I would need to check out, then check back in. Because I was going to be extremely busy during my stay, this would be very inconvenient. But the hotel was the only one in the town. After the second night, I moved my belongings to my car, then checked back in later. At this point, I was told that I had two rooms reserved. The clerk fixed the problem, but I was inconvenienced by the move.
In addition, on the first night I received a phone call very late, from the front desk, asking if I still planned to check in to my reserved room. I was already asleep at that time, and had checked in hours before.
Although the accommodations were very nice, the inefficiencies caused stress and extra work for me.
