"-There was quite a bit of dust in both of our rooms (on phone, tray with glasses, side tables, vent cover on wall in bathroom)
-There was no towel bar except the one inside the shower. There was only 1 towel hook on the door.
-There is a little wear and tear showing in both of our rooms, but nothing overwhelming.
-There are some extreme areas of wear and tear/aging in the hallway leading to our room.
-There’s a nice lobby area leading up to the check in area. It is spacious, has seating and decent natural light.
-I called for some more facial tissues and sugar and man were they extremely fast delivering the items!
-The housekeeping staff was great at getting us fresh towels and replenishing the coffee.
-When we came in contact with staff throughout our stay they were always very pleasant.
-There were lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The hotel is on property with Yorktown Mall and an AMC theater."
