"2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). "Our stay at Danga Bay was fantastic! The flat was well-maintained, with functional amenities and clean utensils. The toilets were spotless and hygienic. We loved the comfy beds and the phenomenal view. Overall, everything was perfectly taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable. The unit had fantastic view of the bay and we managed to watch a couple of breathtaking sunsets. The area around seems to be rundown and nowhere as chic as the pictures suggest. "

"Great place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable. 2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine."
