"Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. "

"Its my 3rd time in Cassia Bintan,,the place is clean, well maintained still the same the 1st time i visited i think 5yrs ago. & the staffs are all kind & very polite. "

"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"It has provided queen size bed in 2 bedroom as per our request for my family of four. Only improvement needed is to provide pots and pans, knife and cutting board. Having a kitchen but no proper kitchen tools serves no purpose. "

"This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done. "Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine. Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile. Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it."
