"Grand Mercure Batam – Comfort, Class & Convenience Our stay at Grand Mercure Batam was an absolute win. From the moment we arrived, the service felt premium yet welcoming. The rooms were spacious, modern, and super comfortable, with city views that made mornings feel extra special. The location is a big highlight — close to shopping, food spots, and just a short ride to Batam’s main attractions. Perfect whether you’re here to relax or explore. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide spread of local and international options, and the hotel facilities like the pool and gym were clean, well-maintained, and relaxing after a day out. What really stood out was the staff — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You genuinely feel looked after. If you’re visiting Batam and want a stay that blends luxury, comfort, and convenience, Grand Mercure Batam is a fantastic choice. We’d happily stay here again."
