The desks and night stand had stains I was able to get off with a Lysol wipe and a little bit of muscle. The shower backed up after a few minutes. Things we lived with for 2 nights. "

"Our room was extremely loud, bikes sounded like they were in our room. We also didn’t know they went into cool mode. We woke up and it was blowing cold air and down to 62 degrees in both rooms. We froze for two days, staff got us extra blankets and a heater. They accommodated our requests. No sleep and being cold didn’t make for fun. Location was good and restaurant convenient. "
