"The room was clean overall, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well, although the pillows were a little firmer than usual.
However, the room clearly needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the roll was left on the bathroom countertop. The toilet tank looked tilted backward and seemed loose or improperly positioned.
The shower area showed visible moisture damage, with peeling paint, swollen areas on the wall, and worn or separated trim. The shower diverter also did not work properly; water kept coming out of both the bathtub faucet and the showerhead, which made the shower pressure weak.
The lampshades were very worn, with small tears or holes, making the room look neglected.
For a higher-quality Holiday Inn, the condition of this room was disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom and fixtures need serious maintenance and updating."
