"Rooms are not cleaned efficiently. Booked a room, description said kitchenette. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Nothing to cook on no dishes supplied, nothing. We stayed one night and had booked an additional night before checkout that had to cancel that reservation due to a family emergency that had come up. I have been working with the third-party to get a refund back. Manager refuses to return a phone call or an email. We Followed the policy in regards to the cancellation and they are still avoiding providing the refund or even responding to the inquiries The only thing this place had going for it was the beautiful park across the street"

"The room was clean overall, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well, although the pillows were a little firmer than usual. However, the room clearly needed maintenance, especially the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the roll was left on the bathroom countertop. The toilet tank looked tilted backward and seemed loose or improperly positioned. The shower area showed visible moisture damage, with peeling paint, swollen areas on the wall, and worn or separated trim. The shower diverter also did not work properly; water kept coming out of both the bathtub faucet and the showerhead, which made the shower pressure weak. The lampshades were very worn, with small tears or holes, making the room look neglected. For a higher-quality Holiday Inn, the condition of this room was disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom and fixtures need serious maintenance and updating."
