"Room was filthy! Property needs serious updating and the cleanliness of this hotel is extremely poor."

"Breakfast was literally not edible. They had leather disks they called sausage that were not edible. They had hashbrowns that were freezer burned and not edible. Never served bacon or other options. It was horrible. "

"I really only needed the room for the overnight portion, so it was nice to arrive fairly late and the room was just as needed - clean, quiet, and ready to go. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had all I needed. Location couldn’t be better- 30 seconds from Times Square. No breakfast in hotel but a handy bakery downstairs with coffee and all sorts of nice treats. My second stay here and I would select again in a heartbeat. "

"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers."

"Air conditioning unit in the window made a loud dripping noise during the rain that kept me up all night. There are not enough outlets or places for charging. Need some bathroom counter space. Towels were up so high I needed a ladder to reach them. Bathtub was way too slippery. No complimentary lotion. No ice machine. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Liked the location. "

"The Row NYC is in a great location for Broadway shows & Times Square. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean & tidy. The room did not have a hairdryer & a personal safe (which surprised me but I should check the list of amenities). The bathtub/shower while clean enough could use a good bleach/scrubbing. The shower head could be replaced as it sprayed in all sorts of directions. I would stay here again."
