"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue. " 1/5 Star* This was an unacceptable stay. The hotel lacked basic guest care—no kitchenette as expected, no staff support, and the manager was never available. The lobby was loud and disruptive, and noise carried throughout the hotel due to poor construction, making it impossible for my toddler to sleep. We were forced to check out after one night on 04/09/2026 and are still struggling to receive a refund for the unused night, despite repeated attempts through Expedia and directly with the hotel....
