"I dunno if these reviews are fake or not but the room was terrible. The mattress was difficult to sleep on, the bed didn't have a proper duvet - it looked like they merged two duvet covers together, the room always felt hot despite the a/c running at high. Overall the room was terrible and I expected a lot more from the Hyatt brand. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff."

"The staff were helpful and very accommodating. The room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival (dusting and small details in bathroom... but I'm picky.) Nice atmosphere at the Amuse Bar. Food was good for a late night snack. We shared a cheese quesadilla and a cheesecake. Best location for a first timer."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it.
