I took a chance on this, as it was conveniently located, the price was great, and the reviews were decent. I’m very glad I did. "Robert was extremely accommodating and wonderful during our stay!! Pat was also just as wonderful and kind!! I made a mistake on my end when making the reservation and they truly went above and beyond taking the time to understand and were able to help correct the honest mistake. I would absolutely consider this establishment for any future stays and would recommend it as a great place to stay!! Very comfortable beds and great breakfast!"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"Classic older hotel. Centrally located with quick access from the highway. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Lots of free hotel parking in rear. Property is undergoing renovations in preparation for new ownership but we didn't notice. Huge room. Double shower heads were bonus. Forgot an item in the lobby and staff ran out to the parking lot to hand it to us. Will stay again."

"One of the worst stays! A/c was not working while the room temp was 86 degrees. It was terrible to sleep thru the night on such a hot room. Room windows are not operable so was stuck in that 120 sq.ft. stuffy room. Restaurant was not open the two days we stayed here so no food available either. Bathroom floor were sticky, hair in the tub surface and carpet was extremely dirtly. If you have an option, try to find a different place. "

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. "I stayed in Room 104, and it seemed that the refrigerator wasn't working. Also, there are some pretty nasty stains on the ceiling in the room. Otherwise, my stay was fine."
