"Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. "I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out."

"Lerk at desk was not the best at customer service"

"Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

"We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. "Open air balcony to rooms instead of closed hallway was nice in June. Not sure how it is in Winter. Very clean rooms, good size fridge with working freezer, room temp controls work as desired. "The staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING! Not just the usual eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt etc (though they had that too!) but beignets one morning and Eggs Benedict another! The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area.
