"It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels"

"Comfortable beds and the cleaning staff cleaned and made the bed daily. So many places don't clean or make beds daily to save money so I really appreciated coming back to a made bed and empty trash cans each evening. The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't set the AC lower than 72 degrees. I was travelling in early august and so would have liked to drop the room temp a bit more to sleep."
