"Location was good, making it easy to go around the city to see attractions. Staff (Angela and Shaaban at the front desk) (Ushaza, housekeeping and Breakfast) was friendly and helpful. As for improvement, the only thing we had a little trouble with was the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was a little loose and did come apart, which we set it back ourselves. "

"Great location and breakfast, the staff were friendly enough but i believe they were dealing with some amenity problems - they werent very forthcoming about details but this may have been the language barrier - strangely stingy with the toilet paper but overall good value"

"As in the whole city, it is difficult to park in the street. An underground parking is proposed, adding a fee per day. However, the staff was really kind and professional. They gave us good advices to visit Tirana. The breakfast was nice. We recommend it!"

"The hotel was clean and quiet off of the main street. The rooms are on the top two floors of the building. Double rooms can be made into triples with an extra bed. Staff was helpful and friendly."
