"I had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was especially great with a good variety and fresh options each morning.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would like to give special thanks to the manager LILIT KIRDIKANYAN, who was very attentive, kind, and truly cared about the guests experience.
Overall, a great hotel with amazing service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

"The hotel is a new building and it’s far from the city (an hour drive), which we really liked. At nighttime you can barely hear any thing but the sound of nature. The staff were amazing and very friendly our entire request were granted. If I’m coming back to Armenia this hotel will be considered for sure. "One of the best property I have ever been with water park inside the hotel look like you’re in the aquarium. Great breakfast great location. Definitely will visit again and will recommend to people who especially have kids. 🇦🇲🇦🇲"

"Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful.
However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed.
The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor.
The room was plenty big.
Breakfast was good!
It's well located...

"I came from the United States knowing little Armenian language and they were very friendly and extremely helpful and took the time to help me with a few Armenian words and they were very patient and caring. I would recommend this hotel to everyone !!!!"
