There was garbage on the floor in front of the AC/Heater from the unit, i imagine someone 1/2 cleaned the filter to the unit and then reinstalled the filters backwards so when the ac was turned on it blew the rest of the crap out of the filter into the room."

The building appears to be an old Red Roof Inn Motel. No elevator and you need to go outside to access lobby and breakfast. Parking area was well lit. "
