"The hotel is centrally located to all the most popular Bruges attractions. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful! Fabrina was the most wonderful"

"Beautiful and quirky hotel, perfectly located to explore the historic city of Brugge. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay. The staff could not have been more helpful."

"Very unpleasant experience! The key sensor for our room door did not work. First it did not lock, then it did not open - we were left outside of our room at midnight and we had to wait until they called a locksmith which was over an hour. Then we had to checkout and were not alllowed a late check out. I think they could’ve offered some type of compensation, change our room or at least free breakfast. Not even an apology at checkout - it was as if we were expected to deal with it. For a 5 star...

"Best high standard of fittings, lovely building and great location. Could not get in car park but minor issue"
