"The hotel and our room were beautiful and there was great customer service! Convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to Old Town Bilbao with lots of restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. There is also a nice rooftop bar at the hotel. Parking was a little bit far, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We had a very good experience overall."

"Fint rum, bra sängar, nära till metro och spårvagn, gångavstång till flygbuss. Frukostmatsal väldigt hög ljudnivå, skrammel med porslin o bestick blev extra högt, inget ljuddämpande fanns. Vi hade rum med liten balkong, fanns litet bord med 2 stolar!"

"Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff - especially the lady who served me dinner my first night. I forget her name. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but once I got there I realised there's a metro stop just a 2 min walk away. It's only one stop from the old town then. Highly recommend this place."
