"This hotel is perfectly located near the old town. We stayed in the junior suite which was amazing with a good amount of space. If I ever come back to Bilbao I willl definitely stay here again."

"This was our first time in Bilboa and we wanted to be close to the Guggenheim museum so this location was wonderful as we could also walk to other sites and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the air conditioning worked very well, and our only criticism is that the breakfast is too expensive, both for the buffet and the lesser "continental" version. All in all we would recommend the hotel."

"We used the property parking and it was difficult to located. The parking is located underground in the rear of the building. I asked the front desk of someone could assist me since I am Not from the area in locating the rear entrance and she said no. The breakfast was great. The location of our room was at the end of the hall which was scary. I felt as we were far from the rest of guests. Location was good."
