"Towards the end of the season, so not everything was open. Quite a way from the amenities, staying in Woodlands Burst of Blue as my partner is on crutches. The bedding was very clean and fresh, but the living area when I pulled the buffet out from under the table, there were biscuits crumbs. The kitchen work tops needed a wipe. We went into the Tattershall pub for a cocktail and meal. The cocktail offer was still available, but we were told we had to have the same cocktails. Yet, the two ladies...

"Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean! Beds so comfy! Whole building was well looked after, loved the ease of check in. Breakfast room was a bonus we didn't expect! Easy to find and cheap parking outside the front door. Would highly recommend. Absolutely faultless!"

"A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night."

"Great location although room noisy on Saturday night as window overlooked passage outside. Lovely big room with sofa. Nice to have a bath, room and bathroom clean. Staff excellent in reception and the breakfast room. Breakfast freshly cooked with good choice. We have visited this hotel several times and will be coming back. Thank you."

"When we arrived at the property we called to get the code for the door the gentleman was very polite , we then got into our room and it was spotless bedroom very spacious for 3 of us the shared kitchen was sparkling had everything you needed having your own fridge freezer in the bedroom was a nice touch. location was nice very quite beds was very comfy only thing I would say is the shower head could do with updating to fit the style of the room as the room was very up to date and stylish, I did...
