"Nice venue, a little dated perhaps but it was clean spacious and warm. I cannot fault the staff they were welcoming friendly and attentive. The restaurant was only serving a bar menu which was a little basic but it was tasty hot, hot and good value for money.the venue is very reasonably priced and you get what you pay for, I would happily stay there again. Unfortunately the bar closed at 8pm, but there is a pub within walking distance if you’re willing to risk the dark country road to get to it."

"Lovely stay"

"Clean room, nice and quiet as requested. I booked an Executive double, which turned out to be a twin with two singles beds pushed together which I was not expecting, unfortunately this made the bed not all that comfortable as I kept waking in the night feeling slightly wedged in the gap that would form between the two mattress’s ! Therefore I had to try to make myself sleep on one side only, so effectively I had to sleep in a single bed in an executive double room, which I was not overly impressed about. Had I been made aware that this would be the case I would have booked a single room or standard double. Other than the bed issue, the Hotel itself is absolutely Beautiful and the staff very polite and helpful, I will definitely be back but won’t be paying for an executive room this time (lesson learned) "

"Nice city centre location"

"Arriving at Sprowston Hall it was impressive. However, Room was tucked up a lot of stairs (not told of this at reception) Bed was very uncomfortable, duvet was too small for a double bed - with 2 people in, only 2 pillows (which werent comfortable) - no spare. Room was freezing too. Went to the bar to look at menu and asked for a decaf coffee but male bar staff said he would have to go and get one - very reluctantly-so told him not to bother. Menu at the bar quite restrictuve too. Overall disappointing. "
