"Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. "This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "
