"Convenient location for the area"

"The property showed some age and needs some renovations but it was clean, conveniently located, easily accessible and walkable, and priced right for the stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I have no complaints worth mentioning. And honestly somehow, whatever cable/satellite package they had was too notch. I know it's silly but I saw more options on that TV than any hotel I've ever stayed in. Only thing I wish is that they had breakfast but given its location, we easily found some at...

"This was our first time staying at this property and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are subdivided sections of an old paper factory. We were surprised at how quiet the rooms were considering how high the ceilings were with polished cement floors. Very clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly,. Good option for finding lodging near Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. "
