"Our stay at La Elena’s resort was amazing. The staff was more than kind and helped us with everything. The amenities were beyond amazing as well as the views access to the beach options for food. If I were to come back to Valencia, this would be the only place that I would consider staying in. It has definitely raised my expectations of staying in other places in the future."

Property staff lacks empathy without being rude, just the minimum and gives the impression they don’t like tourists but they still work there. Regular rooms are just for 2 and we were 3. "Great rooms and hotel in general. The only issue was that the pool was closed for refurbishment and I wasn’t notified before - I wouldn’t have taken my swimming things if I’d have known!"
