There was still half a bottle of water from a previous guest in the room. This could be a nice place to stay, but there is little attention to details: Bathroom door scrapes across the floor and is difficult to open. No ventilation in the room. Not even a fan! No bedside lamps or power outlets. Off-street...

"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful, but the furniture has seen a better day and the refrigerator even had rust on the door. The safe was broken and you had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer. And there was a gap under the door which allowed all the hallway noise to come in. "We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"
