"The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was...

"Different than the typical hotel experience. More like an airbnb. Gorgeous and homey. Very clean. Modern looks. Took me a sec to get used to 3 elevator rides from parking deck to the room (50th floor) but not bad. Front desk security people were friendly and helpful. The room had absolutely everything I needed…down to laundry pods and pots and pans with a dishwasher. My only issue with the rental was the noise. The walls are terribly thin! Literally hearing every word sometimes from neighbors....

"Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign)."

"Only one garbage in room. Room was extremely hot even at 60 degrees. Pool wasn’t open and that wasn’t stated anywhere at the website. Had to switch rooms once for lack of door locking "

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard...
