"Mountain Views stand out for sure as the resort is built into the side of mountain. There are 140 steps to get from the room we stayed in to the main level where the restaurant and bar are located. There is an additional 15 minute hike to get down to the beach. If you have physical limitations this is not convenient. If you’re into physical adventure, camping style to a degree, then you’ll love this place. "

"We had a beach villa and it was absolutely beautiful. We would return here without a doubt if we come back to Tortola. The front desk staff and concierge helped coordinate our entire stay. "They made the bed for us every day. Loved that it was right on the beach and only steps away from food and shops! Absolutely ZERO parking. Don’t rent a car and expect to find parking near the hotel that doesn’t cost ~$200 to be able to leave the car there overnight. "

"Picturesque beyond belief! 5 minute walk to town with shopping , restaurants and taxis. We didnt need a car for dining and used taxis for the beaches. Our room was spacious with excellent views of the harbor and a fully functional kitchen. The gym was small and musty, we didn't use it when normally it's part of our routine. They offered use of beach chairs and towels every day. People snorkeled right in back of the property The staff was quick to respond to any needs We will stay again! "

"What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "
