Das Personal ist total nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß mit Holzfussboden und superbequemem Bett, die Dusche riesig, alles war extrem sauber. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus. Auch die Dachterrasse mit Pool und tollem Blick haben uns sehr gefallen, ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!"

"A perfect base for exploring Bilbao with the Guggenheim, city centre and old town all within 10 minutes walk. Really comfortable hotel, contemporary design and very friendly staff. Parking is a bit tight but easy to find. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Stricking design, may not be for all tastes (good fit for mine). Amazing restaurant on site (well ahead reservations a must for lunch and dinner), nice bar. Rooms on the smaller side (unless you book a junior suite or a room denominated "extra") but very comfortable. Right at the edge of the historical quarter, and short walking distance from the modern downtown where all the upscales shops and also great restaurants are. But most important, staff ois great!"
