"If I could live at the Gaylord Texan I would. They are beyond 5 star from the clean up crews to Hotel staff everyone is friendly and the attention to detail is on another level. My family felt like royalty during the entire stay."

"It was okay but upon entering my sheets were dirty and it was hair in the towels. I called the front desk and they changed the sheet and replaced the towels. I don’t think i would stay there again"

"Excelente lugar mis hijos difrutaron"

"The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were a dream on a cloud. The bathroom was large and I like that it had a shower separate from the tub"

"Wow is all I can say. This place is unreal. A absolute must for any golf enthusiast. I attend the nationals every year and this property and its courses meet and exceed it. The bar has been set and all other will have to live up to this, which they cannot. A 20 out of 10. Absolute perfection"

"When we arrived we were told they had no gas, so no hot water for showers because of a main break, they automatically referred us to a hotel across the street instead of offering us any other options. We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to our stay here. I had even called earlier in the day to ask for a room on the main floor and they didn't mention any issues at that time."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. There was ample space to sit, drink coffee (a Nescafé coffee maker is provided along with a refrigerator) and place your things—there was a table with a couch and chairs, as well as a full length desk/dresser area). A wall-to-wall window provided a nice view of the area. A special bonus is that there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel!"

"Well there was something going on that involved the police so that scared us a little because the disturbance was on our floor!"

"Booked this last minute for a late arrival. The room was small but worked just fine. Bed was comfortable. Room had great blackout curtains and got really dark. Bathroom was nice. Only real problem is that there was a nasty clipped fingernail on the round table in the room. Clearly, it wasn’t cleaned properly."

"Had an absolutely amazing time with my daughter. We left in Tuesday night instead of Wednesday do to the passing of a loved one. The staff was absolutely amazing and had such care towards me. I hope to come back one day and get the full experience. Thank you guys"

"Staff was friendly, and rooms impeccable. Only problem was no hot tub and pool was shut down due to cricket/insect swarm week before? Other than that, cooks, bartender, front desk and cleaning crews were amazingly welcoming and accommodating."

"The HVAC system is old style , a big unit on the floor of the room. You can hear anyone using water in the hotel due to wired plumbing as well. Shower is in the room, meaning the stem is inside the room while you shower. It is a very wired room, unrelaxing and unpleasanr."
