"Very clean"

"I reserved this hotel on my trip from New York to Florida. We got there at about 11:30 PM. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast TO-GO was very minimal and poor quality. They probably shouldn't do this because it seems like a good idea and then it's not, especially if the food is stale and not worth it. We took the bags and then threw them out on our road trip. Our main priority was the comfort and the price and all good."

"Our room keys didn’t work initially or the following day after we had returned in the late afternoon. It took over 10 minutes to get a new one. Front desk didn’t seem too concerned . We had a suite with a separate bedroom area with a TV . The TV in the living area did not have a remote and the bedroom remote did not work with that, No maintenance person to remedy it and no remote to be found . The second day the front desk found a remote but it did not work with that TV. No maintenance...

"Boyfriend checked onto 1st room the toilet was full of toilet paper and went flush. Room was infested with roaches floor was not clean. So they moved him the last room which was next door. And told him he would use the same hard copy key. Me being a locksmith for 25 years knew that was a MASTER KEY.. the gentleman two rooms down when you come to the second room came down to a room a few minutes later after I've been to the office to complain and they wouldn't do anything. "This was a spur of the moment reservation due to other options being unavailable. And I am so glad I went with it. Ms Claudia is so cute and sweet. And accommodating. Per request she allowed me to set up decorations. And breakfast. Which she made, was right on time and delicious. The room was the perfect size for a couple to use for their stay.
