"We were placed in a handicap room and there were lots of handicap acceories in the room and closet that were in the way. The bed was not made when we arrived. The toilet clogged. Told housekeeping about it and they did not unclog it. I had to ask for a plunger and do it myself. "

"The room was clean and the staff were polite and professional. The biggest complaint was the bed was not comfortable. Also, when I reserved, I was not aware there was a separate charge for parking ($14/night). I might have made a different choice of hotel since there were a few for the same price. "

"Staff were extremely responsive when we had issues at check in. Security of the property is excellent. Very clean. No front desk, but staff was very helpful. North Charleston is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and there is a very nice downtown area just a couple of blocks away with a bunch of dining selections. Overall a good experience and a good price."

" The large windows in our room opened up to a beautiful view of the Ashley River., We also enjoyed having a real wood-burning fireplace. Our favorite part was the walkway to the Middleton Plantation. The Azalea’s were stunning in late March. We had dinner at the restaurant at Middleton plantation.And then we walked the lighted path back to our room. Magical! We enjoyed the Inn’s wonderful complimentary breakfast bar the next morning as well! "

"No complaints at all. Breakfast selection was vast, and they even offered a free dinner happy hour meal from 5:30-7 PM! Staff was friendly and attentive. Would stay again. "

"Stayed here for a unplanned layover so not much to say about the property itself. However the brief encounter with the staff was pleasant. The place was neat and clean and close to the airport. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the back side next to the highway and it very noisy. I asked for another room and they were very understanding and change my room. I would recommend this hotel but ask not to be put in a room next to the highway. "
