"We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after. "

As soon as you walked in smelled like smoke with mix of what they attempted to clean with the smell with, only benefit was that it is right off 95"

"Everything was great and amazing with the exception of the bathroom lighting. In the room I stayed in there were two bulbs out over the sink. I asked for replacement bulbs they never came and I wasn't informed if it was the bulbs or an electrical issue. Otherwise it was a great experience,"
