"It’s a 10 from Len…clean, fresh, quiet. Everything is brand new, shower, carpet, curtains, bedding. Great stay located back off the road a bit compared to all the other hotels in the area so very quiet! It does have outside doors but makes it easier to move things in from the car. Front desk friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the Florence area"

"Check in was fast and easy. The Hotel Lobby was clean and had a lounge and bar inside. We did not use the pool but there is one on the premises. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Only thing I did not like was the parking. You have to drive down an alley away from the hotel to get into the parking lot. Would stay again if in Florence. "

"Very disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels."
