But the floors were very dirty, bathtub was dirty, no hairdryer, only shampoo was available but was in a dirty bottle with soap all down the side of it. Bathtub had hair in it and hair on the bathroom floor. The outside of building was nice, but that was it. None of the hall carpets looked like they had been vacuumed. The worst place we’ve stayed at so far. "

"Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay."
