"Very nice"

"Very nice manager upgraded our room when we asked, even though booking the room thru Expedia currently does not permit it. (New policy - lesson learned.) Also a highrise property meant we had a very quiet room w/ no traffic noise. The 'cooked to order' breakfast was good but we missed a b'fast buffet w/ fresh fruit, yogurt and other healthy choices where we can help ourselves."

"I liked the modern look of the property, I did not like that the front desk staff did not give consistent answers to simple questions, such as “what time does the bar close?” Answer is 11, ask again 2 minutes later it’s 10:30. When booked I saw there was room service, front desk said no room service, at his discretion most likely because of the time I checked in. I did not like how thin the walls were. You can hear everything, conversations , children running in the hall, staff upset guests had...
