"Our room had a flood… shower drain was clogged. We moved to another room and it was the same. Left the hotel for our sightseeing and came back to a fixed shower drain."

"I had two BRAND NEW Cartier rings that I left in two boxes within my zipped bag in the room in the morning. When I returned at night, one of the rings was missing. The manager and staff checked their cameras and said only their housekeeping staff came in and out. YET THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY MISSING ITEM.

"The bathroom need maintenance as the shower is difficult to manipulate. Also there should be more accessories to make the room.confotable such as paper tissues and ear cottons and adapters for charging , things we should not have to ask for.
Otherwise the staff is very kind and the location ia perfect. Also it's a very nice hitel wnd lobby with stunning view."
